About Me
Patrick McMenamin
I teach Health & Physical Education at every level, from elementary to high school. In addition to my career as a physical education teacher, I have also worked very closely with different athletic high school teams in facilitating strength & conditioning workouts for both in and off-season. During the first 6 years of my teaching career, I was living in upstate New York. After my school days, I had the unique opportunity of being a Certified Personal Trainer at Cornell University.
I don’t just have experience with athletes. I have been providing personal training for people of all ages, ranging from 11 all the way to 81 years old. Each person is different, and has different goals, and I make it a priority to work with all my clients to find the best solution for them!
Additionally, I have trained people of all professions, from firefighters to corporate America, college professors, and high school athletes in various settings, including collegiate student life centers, commercial gyms, and high school training facilities. I have trained people from the ages of 11-65. Aside from working with several high school sports teams & personal training clientele, weight training has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager. I have been strength training for 15 years and have even competed in powerlifting competitions. I enjoy training for strength & longevity. I have a deep passion for strength training. I have reaped all its benefits: lean muscle mass, fat loss, strength gain, energy, focus, improved cognitive function, confidence, and more. One of my biggest goals is to have my clients enjoy their workouts and have the tools to exercise lifelong, experience these benefits, and feel good about themselves!
